Member Notice – Online Banking

When signing into your online banking via our website or mobile app please ensure you do the following:

Username: You must use all capital letters for your user ID.

Password: Your password should contain 8 – 12 characters and be a combination of letters (at least one capital), numbers and symbols.

Change to Opening Hours

Effective from March 23rd 2020 we will be closing at the earlier time of 4 PM in both branches to reduce risk to our members and staff.
